Clarion Photographers Capture 30 Diverse Images
Just as the holiday break was about to begin for most Kennedy students, all JFK Clarion staff members were given a photo challenge to capture 30 different images over the holidays. On Dec 22, Clarion advisor Mr. Hanzlik provided 30 categories for students to photograph on their phones or digital cameras. Here’s what they returned with after the break. The winners in each category are included here.

8-HIDDEN by Saeri Plagmann. “Folding herself into a burrito, Jade, the ferret sleeps in a handmade cardboard house in the middle of the living room. As an animal that sleeps an average of 18 hours a day, sleep was necessary, regardless of location.”
