This year’s PowderPuff game was full of energy, teamwork, and strong competition as the Black Team, the seniors, faced the Pink Team, made up of freshmen, sophomores, and juniors. Both teams played hard, but in the end, the seniors came out on top with a final score of 26-12.
The game started fast with the Black Team scoring first and putting 6 points on the board. The Pink Team responded with strong defense, pulling flags and stopping the seniors from getting easy yards. After a turnover, the Pink Team moved the ball down the field and scored, tying the game early and showing they were ready to compete.
The Black Team answered back quickly. They drove down the field and scored again, ending the first quarter with a 12-6 lead. From there, both teams kept fighting. The Pink Team had strong defensive moments, including interceptions and flag pulls. The Black Team, however, continued to make big plays on offense and stayed consistent moving the ball.

In the second half, the seniors took control of the game. Their defense stayed strong and kept stopping the Pink Team from making big gains. The Black Team also added more points after breaking through the Pink Team’s defense again. Even though the Pink Team had trouble moving the ball at times, they kept pushing, communicated well, and did not give up.
As the game went on, both teams showed effort and teamwork. The seniors stayed ahead on the scoreboard, but the Pink Team kept playing hard until the final minutes. The energy on the field stayed high as both sides continued to compete for every yard. With only seconds left, the Black Team made one last big play that helped secure their win.
