As we welcome the class of 2029, freshmen we also bring light to the new selection of their government cabinet, and their presidents!
Jasmine Macias, freshman president of John F Kennedy high school, says she wants to become the elected president because she wants to come in and change the opinion of Kennedy.
Students that she wants others to view Kennedy as “the big great school” that it is instead of “bad school” Jasmine shows her ambition and main goal for Kennedy. She mentions the cultural rally brightening their horizon of different types of students that are welcomed here at Kennedy.
Jaden Hun, the freshman vice president, states that he wanted a big role coming into Kennedy for his first year of high school to show his role of responsibility. He hopes to change the Kennedy experience for other incoming freshman classes and wants them to have a good experience. He says that at one point, everyone is nervous about a new beginning. He wants to show greatness by showing off better rallies and events.
